Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Windows and Fees

Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You will receive a refund of half the total amount paid.

No Refund:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable. This includes no-shows.

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

Email: Send an email to reservations@www.globye.com with your booking reference number and cancellation request.

3. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking (e.g., rescheduling), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

4. Special Circumstances

We recognize that certain situations may arise (e.g., emergencies, illness) that could prevent you from attending your booking. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility at our discretion.
